BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Parts of Windermere Street in southwest Bakersfield are scheduled to be closed from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday for repavement. Windermere Streets is set to be closed between White Lane and the roundabout at Loden Drive, according to city officials. Crews are set to repave the intersection of Windermere Street and White Lane. Hearing continues Thursday for protester charged with threatening Bakersfield City Council City officials say drivers can enter or leave the neighborhood from Park Square Drive, Campus Park Drive and Muirlands Parkway. Construction work can be postponed or rescheduled without notice due to unforeseen conditions.
