BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Three new art exhibits premiere at the Bakersfield Museum of Art during an opening reception Thursday. The new exhibits feature paintings, furniture and architecture. The Bakersfield Museum of Art's Fall Season is a discussion of the foundation of the structure, both emotional and physical. Hearing continues Thursday for protester charged with threatening Bakersfield City Council The opening reception is set to begin at 7 p.m. at the Bakersfield Museum of Art, located at 1930 R St. Admission is free for the art museum members, $5 for students and senior citizens and $10 for non-members.
