BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A section of 18th Street between R and V streets will be partially closed on Saturday, Sept. 28, for an event hosted by The Hub of Bakersfield, according to city officials. The closure will be in effect from 1p.m. to 11 p.m. to accommodate activities at the Sister City Venue at Mill Creek.
