(WFRV) - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of three dealers at two locations for violating state law when they failed to maintain a dealer bond. Wisconsin law requires wholesale dealers to carry a security bond to ensure if they commit illegal actions, such as rolling back odometers or making an illegal sale, a consumer may file a claim against their bond to recoup money lost. JAA Group LLC, a dealer located at 735 N. Wisconsin St. in Elkhorn, had its license revoked on Sept. 21, 2024. Additionally, Almubarak Auto Sales LLC and Willie's Auto Sales LLC, located at 613 E. Geneva St. in Elkhorn, had their licenses revoked on Sept. 21, 2024. Dealers are given 30 days to appeal the revocation, but none of the three opted to do so, making the decision final.
