Sunny and warm conditions continue for Kern

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Sunny skies continue for Kern County. High pressure helped us reach the upper 90's on Wednesday. We are under a cooler flow Thursday so temperatures will be in the lower 90's once again. This will be short lived as high pressure builds back into the area and mid 90's back on the board Friday and into the weekend. I see no major cooling until about October 5th.
