In Texas, deferred adjudication is a type of probation, which gives the person sentenced the opportunity to keep the conviction off their criminal record.
According to Bastrop County court documents, Norman Glenn pleaded guilty to the injury of a child with the intent of bodily injury, a third-degree felony.
As a part of the order, Glenn must also pay $855 in court costs, fines and fees, according to court documents.
