Surveillance footage shows the frightening scene of a potential tornado striking a home in Cape Coral, Florida as the region braces for Hurricane Helene landfall. The National Hurricane Center warned that Helene was strengthening and expected to make landfall as a “major hurricane” in Florida’s Big Bend region by evening on Sept. 26.
