NEW LONDON, Conn. (WLNE) — Engaging Heaven Church has announced they will open a new location to host their services in New London, just 10 months after their church collapsed. In a video posted to social media, Pastor James Levesque announced that the church will celebrate their grand opening at Second Congregational Church on Oct. 13. “We knew that God was moving on our behalf,” Levesque said in the video. Levesque said after the collapse, a friend called him and offered him the space for $1. The Engaging Heaven Church collapsed back in January. The remains of the building have since been demolished.  Categories: News
