(KRON) -- Two suspects were arrested after a theft was reported at a CVS on Wednesday in Healdsburg, the Healdsburg Police Department said. Around 9:45 a.m., officers received a call about merchandise theft that totaled about $1,000. Two suspects were seen leaving the CVS located at 455 Center St. and driving southbound away from the store, police said. About three minutes after the initial call was received, the suspect vehicle was located at the Vineyard Shopping Center where a female suspect was seen entering a Safeway. The female suspect walked into the Safeway with a large cloth bag and a facemask. HPD chased her, but she was able to initially get away. Fifty minutes later, the female suspect was located on Grove Street, roughly three blocks north of the grocery store. Police searched the suspect vehicle and spotted merchandise that was suspected to be stolen from the CVS. Among the items stolen were a variety of beauty products, clothing and Xbox video games (pictured below). They were booked into Sonoma County Jail on charges of grand theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, according to HPD. The male suspect had a warrant out for prior weapon and theft-related offenses. In addition, he was charged with "giving false ID to a peace officer as he gave a false name to police."
